Our Story
Nang Ori refers to the Sarawak Malay language which means the original product. Nang it’s mean “True” while Ori means “Asli” (Original). This slogan means that the Nang Ori Pepper is a really original product and comes from the state of Sarawak.
 
SOURCING FROM THE BEST
Nang Ori Sarawak Pepper comes from only the best sources of the Sarawak region in Malaysia depending on the grade and profile of the end product. Choosing the best source is our core focus in order to have a range of products that meet our quality criteria, and finding these sources is the key to our success. Behind each product there is a family or just an ordinary independent farmer that has decided to produce only the best pepper without compromising quality, and that’s what we support in essence. We personally select and import what we believe to be the best range of pepper and we proudly produce it to be distributed directly to markets.

Shipping Terms
We offer domestic and international delivery services EasyParcel. This service is a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Saturday.


A tracking number will be provided through SMS and email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact our customer service at joeyeestrading@gmail.com.
 

Domestic (Malaysia) Shipping Charges 

•    Ship throughout Malaysia
•    Shipping cost for Peninsular Malaysia is RM12.00 onwards
•    For Sabah and Sarawak is RM6.00 onwards
•    Shipping charges are quoted based on weight and will be automatically calculated during checkout.
•    Upon confirmation of payment, delivery is usually within 7 business days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5 business days for Sabah and Sarawak.
•    Our working day is Monday to Saturday.
